HOW TO CONTACT US
Prior to starting credit education and document processing services for letters that address incorrect information with Transunion, Experian, and Equifax, you will sign a client agreement along with the following:
All clients/customers/former and past clients, agree to forward all correspondence from the credit bureaus to YLK Solutions including, but not limited to, letters and credit reports. YLK Solutions cannot perform the service provided without obtaining copies of the credit reports and all correspondence from the credit bureaus. Clients agree to provide all relevant and requested documents in a timely manner to YLK Solutions. We ask that all documentation be provided as soon as reasonably possible. Generally we need this information within two (2) business days of receipt at your home address.
Clients agree to inform YLK Solutions of any change of address in a timely manner. YLK Solutions will be limited in providing our services without obtaining new bills/statements with the newly reflected address change.
MINIMUM AGE. You must be at least 18 years old to access and participate on this site. You guarantee and warrant you are at least 18 years old and are able to enter into this Agreement from a legal perspective.
In return, for the services above, you agree to pay fees as outlined in your client agreement. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it. Just send written notice as outlined in your client agreement.
It is understood that we offer credit information. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information and to clearly explain your options. However, we do not provide legal advice (i.e.; the application of the law to your individual circumstances). For legal advice, please consult an attorney.
Clients are aware that YLK Solutions offers Monthly Plans. If a client select a Monthly Plan, he/she can cancel his/her service at any time. He/she must only provide a 30 day notice in advance. He/she understand that he/she will be billed 1 additional monthly charge after electing to cancel his/her services. As by law we do not charge in advance as a result you are billed 30 days in arrears.
Clients agree to pay YLK Solutions for the services rendered. Lack of payment will suspend all work on their account. YLK Solutions will work with any customer’s seeking to resolve billing or service issues so long as that customer contacts our office as soon as reasonably possible regarding your billing or accounting issue(s)
Derogatory Information Reporting:
The client(s) would like YLK Solutions to dispute all information found on the clients credit report that could indicate misleading information except for the information disclosed to YLK Solutions not to address within the credit report. YLK Solutions will consider any information that is not disclosed to be inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete based off what we understand not to be mismatched based off a detail review of your credit report.
The success of this service will be dependent on the completion of the above mentioned client(s) commitments. Clients understand that failure to compete all of these activities will void the service guarantee, refund, and warranty. Such has more than 3 NEW inquires, new late payment, new collections, any increase in the balance of your credit cards to include failure to reduce the balance by 10% monthly until 30% are less is reach as the goal. Not meeting these goals does not mean we won't be able to help you some however you are hurting your success rate.
Clients understand that YLK Solutions has no ability to dictate the decisions clients make regarding financial decisions that may impact their credit report, credit score, and/or other financial responsibility(s). Clients cannot and will not hold YLK Solutions accountable or liable for any actions , and/or consequences regarding their past, present, and/or future decisions that may impact their credit report, credit score, financial situation, and/or standing(s) with any financial, or otherwise, institution and/or company.
Clients agree to pay YLK Solutions for work as it is completed on a month-to-month basis as noted. Payment is due after any work on a client’s account. If the bank returns the payment dishonored, the client agrees to pay a $35.00 dishonored payment fee. Continued work on this account will be closed if your payments are not received according to your contract.
There are several limits to the work of YLK Solutions which the client(s) should be aware. Because each case can vary, YLK Solutions cannot guarantee any specific or individual results on a client’s case. Because each case is different, there is no precise timeframe that can be reasonably disclosed. Credit Bureau reports as well as other relevant documentation provided us becomes property of YLK Solutions. A client agree to waive all rights to obtain copies of the correspondence sent to the credit bureaus from YLK Solutions.
NO WARRANTIES. WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE ARE MAKING THE SITE AVAILABLE ”AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. YOU ASSUME THE RISK OF ANY AND ALL DAMAGE OR LOSS FROM USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR THE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. LIMITED LIABILITY. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, REGARDLESS OF THE FORESEEABILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY OTHER MATERIALS OR SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY US. This limitation shall apply regardless of whether the damages arise out of breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory or form of action.

NO LICENSE. Nothing contained on the Site should be understood as granting you a license to use any of the trademarks, service marks, or logos owned by us or by any third party.
How complaints will be handled:
Under The Agreement" section and notice to us will be sent to: YLK Solutions. We each agree to make attempts to resolve the dispute prior to filing a claim for arbitration. If we cannot resolve the dispute within forty-five (45) days of receipt of the notice to arbitrate, then we each may submit the dispute to formal arbitration.
WE EACH AGREE THAT WE WILL ONLY PURSUE ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WILL NOT PURSUE ARBITRATION ON A CLASS-WIDE OR CONSOLIDATED BASIS. We each agree that any arbitration will be solely between you and YLK Solutions (not brought on behalf of or together with another individual's claim). If for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then our agreement to arbitrate doesn't apply and the dispute must be brought in court. We each are responsible for our respective costs relating to counsel, experts, and witnesses, as well as any other costs relating to arbitration. Minimum Standards of Procedural Fairness regarding costs and payment apply.
No Class Actions: TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PURSUE DISPUTES ON A CLASS WIDE BASIS; THAT IS, TO EITHER JOIN A CLAIM WITH THE CLAIM OF ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY OR ASSERT A CLAIM IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF ANYONE ELSE IN ANY LAWSUIT, ARBITRATION, OR OTHER PROCEEDING.
No Trial By Jury: TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY LAWSUIT, ARBITRATION, OR OTHER PROCEEDING.
